Hello to all children and parents in Owl Class,

Welcome back to the start of a very different Term 3. I hope you all had a lovely Christmas and a very happy new year even in these difficult circumstances.

Each week I will upload plans, activities and resources for the week. These will include:

•Literacy and Reading

•Mathematics

•Phonics

•Other learning Areas

•Also don't forget Busy learning throughout the week (child initiated)

Please do look at the 'Useful Website ' folder as there are lots of great learning sites for your children to use and it will get added to as well.

Please be assured that in this uncertain period the dedication and commitment to your child's learning will remain the same throughout this period of time. 

Please take from the plans what you wish. I have put one set activity on most things. Please use your own judgement to upscale or descale as necessary. I know home learning is a challenge and I completely understand that many of you are working from home, have other children that you will also be getting learning for or have younger children at home as well. These plans are not to overwhelm you but simply to give you a guide. So please, please only do what you can do during the week.  Resources can either be made or printed. I will add extra resources as well that you may find useful during the week, so please keep looking at them as well.

I would really like it if we could make a home learning  gallery, so that we can celebrate all of the wonderful home learning during the week. If you would like to send me any photos to show what you have been doing and I will make a weekly gallery for every one to see or if you wish just to contact me please feel free to use my email address below during the school day.

I can't wait for everyone to be back together again in Owl Class, so the children can continue to wow me with their learning and we can continue on our amazing learning adventure together. For now I look forward to going on a virtual adventure with you. This is an adventure that we can very much make and do together (but please do bear with us while we adjust to home learning again).

Please stay happy, well and safe. I will miss all of the Owls so much.
