This term we are going to try something different for Home learning in year 4. 

The below sheet (which your children all have a paper copy of) outlines the key activities to complete for home learning across the whole term. The top 3 activities should be completed every week as detailed on the sheet. The bottom 6 are a selection of creative tasks linked to our learning this term which could be completed at any time between now and the end of term - a minimum of 4 out of the 6 would be great. 

Homework books do not have to be handed in each Monday this term - just when you are finished for the term with them. Spellings will still be uploaded to Spelling shed each Wednesday and a paper copy given to the children. 

It would be great to have some feedback at the end of term as to how well you thought this works and how it compares than the previous way of doing homework weekly.
