Welcome to Term 5, Hedgehogs!

This term our Big Question is: Where in the world is Africa? We will be exploring the continent through our geography learning, and experimenting with different mediums in art to respond to two artists - Gakonga and Esther Mahlangu. In D.T, we will be designing and making traditional African masks.

In science this term, we will be learning about the weather in spring and summer, exploring how the seasons change and what we can observe. We will be learning about Judaism in R.E this term and computing is all about text and typing this term! In music, we will be having fun with improvisation and in Jigsaw our learning is all about good, healthy relationships.

P.E kit days this term continue to be Tuesdays and Fridays. Tuesday will be 'invasion games' with Mrs. Harding and Fridays will be Forest School. Welly boots are welcome to stay in school for this (and OPAL play).
