Welcome to Term 2, Hedgehogs!

This term our Big Question is: What can we see in the sky? We will be learning about the changing seasons in science, and doing some exciting history learning about Guy Fawkes and The Gunpowder Plot! We will be creating firework-inspired art, and learning about rhythm and pitch in music - considering how music can tell stories about the past. Our focus in Jigsaw is 'Celebrating Difference' and in R.E we will be learning about why Christmas is such an important time for Christians. In computing, we will develop our 'click and drag' skills to make more complex choices, and in P.E we will work on our balance, coordination and flexibility through yoga. We will of course be busy getting ready for our Nativity performance, and look forward to all the Christmas fun to come!
