What is OPAL? 

OPAL stands for Outdoor Play and Learning and is an approach to playtimes which offers amazing play opportunities to all children. 

Our journey with OPAL started at the beginning of 2025 and we have been amazed already by how much the children have enjoyed the different activities on offer. We have seen older and younger children interacting to solve-problems, build resilience and develop trust with each other. 

Often, we may request some donations of items you may have at home, so please keep an eye on the page or communications via the app. 

We are really excited to see where our journey takes us and we look forward to involving the community in various projects.
